Sidney Devins, M.D. Dr. Devins is the founder of Metropolitan Pulmonary, P.C.
In private practice for 13 years and a Kansas City native, he is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases. Dr. Devins has a special interest in sleep medicine using the latest, most technologically advanced equipment to diagnose patients with sleep apnea. He practices at Lee's Summit Hospital, St. Joseph Health Center, Menorah Medical Center and the Metropolitan Pulmonary Center for Breathing and Sleep Disorders in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Dr. Devins has trained at University of Missouri in Kansas City, Washington School of Medicine in St. Louis and Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. His training includes Internal Medicine, as well as two separate fellowships Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.

Quintin Cokingtin, M.D. Dr. Cokingtin joined with Dr. Devins 12 years ago. He too is a Kansas City area native. Dr. Cokingtin completed his training at University of Missouri in Kansas City, Washington School of Medicine in St Louis, and St John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.
His training includes Internal Medicine, as well as two separate fellowships in both Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. His board certification includes Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care. Dr. Cokingtin is a fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and treats a variety of respiratory disorders ranging from asthma, emphysema and lung cancer. He practices at Lee's Summit Hospital, St. Joseph Health Center, Menorah Medical Center and the Metropolitan Pulmonary Center for Breathing and Sleep Disorders in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Tommy Ko, M.D. Dr. Ko is the newest member of Metropolitan Pulmonary, P.C. joining the group 4 years ago. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Diseases. Dr. Ko's practice is diverse and accommodates patients with chronic lung disease as well as those with sleep disorders. He is proficient in the use of fiberoptic bronchoscopy and other invasive procedures. Dr. Ko practices at Lee's Summit Hospital, St. Joseph Health Center, Menorah Medical Center and the Metropolitan Pulmonary Center for Breathing and Sleep Disorders in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
Dr. Ko completed his training at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. His training includes Internal Medicine, as well as a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine, including Critical Care Medicine. Following training, Dr. Ko worked at the University of North Dakota in Bismark North Dakota as a clinical professor.
